Restoring a purchase
If you have changed phone, reinstalled the app, or lost access to content you have already paid for, open the Useful Information tab and choose Restore purchases. There is no charge for this.
Purchases are tied to the Apple ID you bought them with, so check you are signed in with the same one. If the content still does not come back, email us and we will put it right.
